Rules, Terms & Conditions

• All sales are final. There are no refunds once you leave the shop with an item.  It is your responsibility to contact the manufacturer directly about any issues you experience.

• All firearms must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We do not offer layaway or purchase plans. No customer is entitled to an item if it is not fully paid for. 

• All customers potentially purchasing a MD regulated firearm (handguns and firearms with less than a 16-inch barrel) must come with their 77R application and PIN numbers ready.  

• Marijuana and alcohol is not tolerated in the shop, nor is the smell of either. 

• Haggling and intimidation over pricing are not welcome. 

• Excessive messages via text or email without purchase are not welcome. 

• Any threats will be met with swift reporting to Maryland State Police. 

• All pickups are scheduled for Friday between 5-8 p.m.  Exceptions will not be made. 

• No business is conducted on Sundays.

We reserve the right to refuse service if these rules, terms and conditions are not met.

How to Complete a 77R: 

• Login to the MSP portal here

• Click on "Complete a 77R application" 

• Once you hit "submit" at the end you will received an email with: 

  • Application Number​

  • PIN Number

• Bring these numbers with you when you come to purchase a handgun or other MD regulated firearm.
