Rules, Terms & Conditions

• All sales are final. There are no refunds once you leave the shop with an item.  It is your responsibility to contact the manufacturer directly about any issues you experience. 

• All customers purchasing a MD regulated firearm (handguns and firearms with less than a 16-inch barrel) must come with their 77R application and PIN numbers ready. 

• No customer is entitled to an item if it is not fully paid for. 

• Marijuana and alcohol is not tolerated in the shop, nor is the smell of either. 

• Haggling and intimidation over pricing are not welcome. 

• Any threats will be met with swift reporting to Maryland State Police. 

• All pickups are scheduled for Friday between 5-8 p.m.  Exceptions will not be made. 

• No business is conducted on Sundays. 

• We reserve the right to refuse service if these rules, terms and conditions are not met.
